Important Information for Passengers: Passengers are advise that travel insurance is available providing cover against cancellation costs/charges and or travel disruptions.

Passengers are prohibited from:- taking alcohol on board for consumption. A right to conduct a bag search is reserved.

Railtours reserves the right to change the mode of travel should it be deemed necessary.

Our Liability :- We undertake to perform these services with reasonable skill and care. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from acts or defaults outside the control of Railtours, its employees, contractors and agents, including (but not limited to) the acts or defaults of the actual travel, failure of services to operate or depart or arrive at a scheduled time or location for whatever reason, accommodation and or suppliers of any services associated with any promotion or event undertaken by Railtours (NZ).

Please note TranzScenic conditions: ALL mode of transport, carriage type and/or quantity will be subject to availability at the time of the proposed charters. Tranz Scenic reserves the right to substitute the carriage type, mode of travel or cancel the service for operational reasons.
